- The Amcrest NV4116-A2 16CH NVR can accommodate hard drives up to 10TB. It has 16CH Recording & Live View in Up to 8MP/4K Resolution @ Real-Time 30fps. For playback, it supports 8-Channel @1080p(30fps)/4-Channel @4MP(30fps)/2-Channel @4K(30fps). It is compatible with all Amcrest WiFi and Wired IP cameras and some third-party brand compliant IP cameras.
- The NVR utilizes advanced H.265 compression technology to save storage space without compromising the UltraHD video quality. It offers intelligent search, playback, and backup functions for improved ease of use and security, including motion detection events and accurate search functions down to one second.
- It supports AI features from AI IP Cameras, with availability depending on the camera model. It can only support 2CH AI Cameras at 4K@30fps. The NVR can connect to and manage all the POE IP cameras on the network using their ethernet cables, providing convenient integration into a home security system.
- With a max incoming bandwidth of 80Mbps, it can record 8 cameras @ 4K using H.264. However, by changing the default settings to H.265 and adjusting the bit rate to 1792 on each camera, it can record 8 cameras @ 4K for optimal performance. It comes with additional accessories such as a USB mouse, network cable, and quick start guide.
- To operate, this NVR requires a direct hard-wired connection to the router. It supports all Amcrest WiFi and Wired IP cameras, but it does not include PoE ports for Power Over Ethernet. It also includes a USB backup feature for added peace of mind. The system is CE & FCC certified with UL compliant power supplies and is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, with US support provided exclusively by Amcrest.
