- The Amcrest NV4116E-A2 16CH NVR can support up to a 10TB HDD. It has 16CH (8 Port PoE) Recording & Live View in Up to 8MP/4K Resolution @ Real-Time 30fps. Playback can be done on 8-Channels @1080p(30fps)/4-Channel @4MP(30fps)/2-Channel @4K(30fps). It is compatible with Amcrest WiFi and Wired IP cameras and has limited compatibility with third-party brand compliant IP cameras.
- The NVR utilizes advanced H.265 compression technology to save on storage space without compromising video quality. It also has intelligent search, playback, and backup functions, which enhance usability and security. AI features are supported from AI IP Cameras, but it only supports 2CH AI Cameras at 4K@30fps. There are no built-in AI Features on the NVR. It can manage and connect to all the POE IP cameras on your network through their ethernet cables for a convenient home security system.
- The NVR can handle a maximum of 80Mbps Incoming Bandwidth and can record 8 cameras @ 4K using H.264. By changing the default settings from H.264 to H.265 and adjusting the bit rate to 1792 on each camera, it can record 8 cameras @ 4K with maximum optimization. This NVR model is a 16CH NVR with 8CH PoE Ports and a 1TB hard drive. If additional PoE cameras are added, an additional PoE switch is recommended.
- To operate, this NVR requires a hard-wired connection directly to your router. It is compatible with all Amcrest WiFi and Wired IP cameras and includes a USB backup feature for added peace of mind. The system is CE & FCC certified with UL compliant power supplies. It comes with extras such as a USB mouse, network cable, and a quick start guide with a user manual.
